Vinification
70% stainless-steel tanks, 30% old oak barrels. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature (18 degrees C). Malolactic fermentation. Aged 7 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks. Cold stabilization by negative temperature and filtration with kieselguhr.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with green lights. Mineral, green apple, and citrus notes on the nose. Rich and mineral on the palate, with delicious potential and good acidity at the end. Rich and elegant.
