Pouilly-Fuisse's chalky-limestone soils and more opulent white wine styles make it one of Burgundy's most appealing regions. Reserve des Rochers' 2019 bottling conveys this terroir at its finest with fragrant aromas of lemon meringue, Bartlett pear, crisp apple, and flora undertones. Enjoy a unique expression of French Chardonnay for under $20 while supplies last!

Rochers is named for the famous 'Roches' or limestone cliffs of Solutre and Vergisson in Burgundy, France. Founded in 1928 on the site of a Gallo-Roman villa, one of the region's most important wine estates, the cellar of Chaintre is one of the oldest in France.
Yields are kept low by a combination of rigorous pruning and maintaining an average vine age of 35 to 40 years. Reserve des Rochers practices sustainable viticulture without pesticides or herbicides.
Pouilly-Fuisse is one of the designated Crus of the Macon. Vines grow on limestone soils in the village of Chaintre.

The minerality typical of this appellation appears strongly in this rich wine. With vanilla and spice flavors and tight citrus as well as white stone fruits, this wine is still young. It will be at its best from 2022.
