'Sauvignon A' undergoes cold pre-fermentation soaking, low-temperature fermentation, and six months maturing in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
Golden robe with green tints, perfect limpidity, and nice intensity. Very complex nose with fine fruit notes (citrus, grapefruit) and minerals. On aeration, the minerality (gunflint) dominates with citrus notes. The palate is rich and thick but with extraordinary finesse. The minerality mixes with fruit (peach), which is very long on the palate.

Conservation
To drink immediately or keep for up to three years.

Food Pairing
This wine is best served at 10-12 degrees C, as an aperitif, or with creamy sauces, fish, seafood, asparagus, or fish with white wine butter sauce.
