Terroir: Clay-limestone, siliceous clay
Management: Mixed Guyot pruning, mechanical harvesting

Vinification
Traditional vinification. Skin maceration for 24 hours, followed by passage to the pneumatic press. Stable cooling of the must for 48 hours. After racking, the must is fermented at 18 degrees C.

Aging
Aging on lees in stainless steel vats for a minimum period of three months.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant light yellow color. Pleasant nose of citrus and white fruits. The mouth is perfumed on the same register as the nose, balanced in aromas, and pleasantly fresh.
