Vineyard Overview
The grapes for this wine come from our own certified organic (CCOF) vineyard, which we started planting in 1981. We are in the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA in Sonoma County, about five miles away as the crow flies from the ocean.
Winemaking Details
The grapes are hand-picked and processed in our small winery. We age the wine for 18 months in a mix of new and two-year-old American oak.
Tasting Notes
Round, bright cherry flavors. Medium bodied. Strong backbone, minerals. Pomegranate finish.
