Thibault Bizet and his mother, Maryline, have managed the family's small domaine in Sancerre since 2005, continuing a vine-growing legacy that began in the early 1900s. Their artisanal wines reflect those long traditions and the region's rich terroirs.
The youthful 2023 Sancerre features Sauvignon Blanc harvested from just over 7 hectares spanning pebbly limestone, chalky limestone-clay, and flint soils - each adding an essential component to the aromatic, mineral-driven, and balanced blend.
This versatile Loire Valley white will complement any gathering, whether you're serving goat cheese appetizers, roasted asparagus, or fresh shellfish.
