Two of the selections in this collection come from the 174 year-old Domaine Laporte, maintained throughout its long history by just two families. The Domaine specializes in creating Organically-farmed, single-vineyard wines that focus on individual plots of land, so that each wine expresses the terroir at its purest. At just 52 acres in size, Laporte embraces the French spirit of winemaking - quality over quantity - always.

The third wine (Pouilly-Fume) in this set is produced by Domaine du Bouchot, established in the 1980s, and more recently certified Organic and Biodynamic. The vineyards consist of the same soils found in Chablis, and Pouilly-Fume wines are known for their flinty, smokey texture (fume literally means, "smoke").
