This was an easy job in the case of the excellent 2019 Napa Valley growing season, where steady temperature allowed for Cabernet Sauvignon to retain fresh acidity to balance naturally firm tannins. Their 2019 Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon assembles redcurrant, violet, and pie crust aromas with a blue- and black-fruited core and silky tannins on the palate, making it an ideal pairing for grilled beef galbi or glazed pork tenderloin over bulgur.
