Vinification
Destemming and light crushing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Raised in 225-L oak barriques for at least 18 months.

Tasting Notes
This wine has a deep, ruby red color; brilliant and clear, with outstanding aromas of wild berries, vanilla, and spice. The taste is beautifully balanced, rounded, and elegant, a perfect example of the classic Rioja wine.
