Tasting
The Brut Eclat develops its effervescence with distinction, linking creamy texture with high-intensity of flavors, carried by a racy, saline note. Notes of warm brioche, honey, and ripe fruit form a generous mouthfeel of beautiful amplitude, enhanced by a tangy, candied citrus finish.

Perfect companion for appetizers or main dishes, such as roasted chicken or fish.
