Winemaking
Harvested at maturity, the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The short maceration (about 10 days) and fermentation (between 20 and 22 degrees C) are carefully monitored to highlight the expression of fruity aromas.
