Their 2022 "Revelation" is crafted from old-vine Riesling grown in the gypsum- and sandstone-rich soils in the esteemed Schoenenbourg cru, overlooking the villages of Riquewihr and Zellenberg. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel allows varietal expression and terroir-driven nuances to shine. The result is a dry white with a generous nose of orange blossom and orchard fruits, alongside a palate bursting with Bartlett pear, Kieffer lime, and wet limestone flavors.
