After a few swirls, majestic aromas of dark plum, licorice, and vanilla are released. Notes of spice and black pepper float from the glass, with an absolutely stunning fragrance. This Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavors, featuring juicy blackberry, dark cherry, and black currant with chalky tannins. It is rounded out with a smoky undertone and a rich, toasty finish.

Food Pairing

Tasting Notes: Dark cherries, blackcurrants, cedar, nut shell and moist earth. Medium- to full-bodied with a juicy, fresh palate, offering vivid dark fruit and velvety tannins. Vivid, dark-fruited finish. Drink or hold.

Tasting Notes: The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is terrific. Pliant and explosive, with terrific density, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon packs quite the punch. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, mocha and spice are all nicely amplified. A touch of American oak adds sweetness. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Tasting Notes: Dark red-fruit aromas are fresh on the nose, with light herbs adding complexity to this wine. Crisp cranberry flavors pop on the palate, where oregano and bay-leaf elements are framed by a decent tannic tension.
