Production
Vinification: The selection of the grapes takes place in the vineyard during harvest. Alcoholic fermentation with spontaneous yeasts is followed by maceration for around 20 days in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red in color, this wine is fresh and elegant with a bouquet of violets and red fruit, particularly raspberry. The mouth is complex and rich, with pleasant tannins that recall the land of Langhe.

Tasting Notes: Savory, earthy berries with a peppery touch and a hint of dried flowers. Medium-bodied, this has sandy tannins and a tightly wound, granular finish. Better with one or two more years.
