Aging: 24 months between steel tanks, Slavonian oak barrels, and bottle

Aroma: Floral note of violet and dog rose with evolving mentholated and spicy flashes
Taste: Pleasantly dry, tannic, and harmonious
Service: Serve at room temperature (approx. 18 degrees C); excellent with red meats (roasted, spit-roasted or grilled) and especially with game; suitable for aging

Tasting Notes: Deep, ripe and savory, showing licorice, cinnamon, grilled grapefruit and oranges. Rather dense on the palate, with tight, sinewy tannins and a chewy finish. Try from 2026.
