Winemaker's Note
The present is the result of the past and our origins, of everything that was taught to us, everything we learned, and that is marked in our essence.

Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of red fruits, plums, spices, and violets. Velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-28 degrees C for 10 days. Aged in 5,000-liter French oak foudres and 3,000-liter concrete eggs for 14 months.

Made with selected grapes from our Alto Agrelo Vineyard, a place that defines the balsamic aromas, structure, and freshness of this wine.

Tasting Notes: Sanguine character, subtle notes of ripe dark fruits, a hint of spice and dried herbs. An excellent concentration of fruit underpinned by sophisticated structure and pleasant freshness. Savoury with an impressive finish.

Tasting Notes: A full-bodied and structured Malbec full of dark cherries, balsamic spices, mulberries and violets. Flavorful and tight on the palate with some extracted, chewy tannins and some wet leaves in the finish. Better in a year or two.
