Moon Twist is a Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, a famous wine region of New Zealand. Located in the north of the South Island, Marlborough is famous for its uncommon Sauvignon Blanc. Marlborough is one of New Zealand's top wine regions. Thanks to its cool climate, it produces Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit aromas and high acidity, sometimes balanced by residual sugar that cannot always be tasted.

Winemaking Notes
Careful selection of the grapes. Harvest at aromatic maturity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank between 14 and 16 degrees C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks before filtering and bottling.
