Tasting Notes
Gold with nuances, fine bubbles with a homogeneous corona. Interesting youthful sensation, with pleasant fruity and very fresh, primary nose that is soft with citrus notes. Very pleasant in the mouth, light, well-balanced, fine acidity. Rounded and elegant, sweet fruits, and a lingering finish of sweet orange. Good persistence.

Fish, fresh pasta, mushrooms, sausage, escargots, and meat dishes.
