Estate
Nestled in the heart of Provence, Chateau Paradis lives up to its name as a hidden paradise of lyrical landscapes and seductive wines. The estate of Chateau Paradis totals 160 hectares, 80 of which are dedicated to vineyards. Within these 80 hectares is an exceptional parcel of approximately 30-year-old vines. Because of their age, these vines can reach deep into a rich clay-limestone terroir, 650 feet above sea level.

Terroir
Located on the north face of the Trevaresse Mountain in front of the Durance River, the vines benefit from Mistral winds coming from the Rhone Valley and the cool climate that follows the river. Syrah, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon thrive in the warm Mediterranean climate and produce a perfectly crafted rose. Clay soil imparts power and aromatics to the wine, while the chalky limestone rounds it out, bringing fruit notes and a nice minerality.

Tasting Notes
Feu Follet is a classic Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence rose crafted from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan. Feu Follet 2025 has pronounced aromatic citrus (grapefruit, orange zest) and bright red fruit tones including strawberry and melon, with a dry, refreshing palate that's both lively and balanced. Medium acidity and delicate minerality support the fruit, while the blend's structure keeps the finish persistent and clean. Enjoy all year long. Feu Follet pairs well with Mediterranean seafood, roasted chicken and pork, grilled vegetables, and cheeses such as goat and camembert.
