Campinovi Bianco Toscana IGT completes the Dievole range alongside the winery's iconic Chianti Classico labels. This white wine portrays the area from a different perspective: a Trebbiano Toscano aged in 15-hectoliter barrels that represents a great example of traditional Tuscan viticulture.

Winemaking Details
Spontaneous fermentation in unrefined concrete vats at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees C. The wine is racked into large, untoasted chestnut and oak barrels and aged for 12 months. 2/3 of these barrels have Tuscan origins and are made from wood from Tuscan forests (the Casentino and Rufina areas). Approximately 3 months refinement in bottle.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a golden hue with green reflections. On the nose, it reveals iodized and mineral aromas, accompanied by notes of nectarine, hay, and a hint of salted butter. The palate is rich and vibrant, with marked freshness, supported by saline nuances and citrusy touches. Serve at 12 degrees C.

Tasting Notes: The Dievole 2022 Trebbiano Campinovi is [...] white wine that represents yet another foray into increased activity around age-worthy white wines in a storied red wine part of Tuscany. Fruit comes from a five-hectare parcel with lots of gravel, and the wine is aged in large botte with some Tuscan and French oak, as well as Tuscan chestnut. It shows a toasty and spicy profile infused with plenty of honey and apricot. There are hints of saffron and cinnamon over the wine's medium-bodied texture.

Tasting Notes: The 2022 Campinovi (Trebbiano) is laced with gentle suggestions of lemon confit, white flowers, almond and passionfruit. It offers lovely mid-palate creaminess in a soft, hushed style that is quite attractive.
