Aromas unfold with crushed red cherry, wild strawberry, and hints of rose petal, supported by subtle notes of sandalwood and savory herbs. The palate is graceful yet ample, with polished layers of ripe red fruit framed by supple tannins and a streak of earthiness that gives definition. Tasting Notes: The 2022 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills is a bright ruby/red color and is more forward in the glass, though it maintains the stylistic elegance expressed in the full range, with aromas of cranberries, pine, cinnamon, cedar, and salty earth. The palate takes on a linear feel, with a touch more tension and structure, as well as vibrancy in its acidity, fine tannins, a clean, stony texture on the finish, and lasting toasted spice. Drink 2025-2035.
