The Domaine "La Bruyere", located in Pouille in the Loir-et-Cher region, extends over nearly 54 hectares and benefits from one of the best terroirs of the Touraine appellation. Combined with a temperate climate, the clay-limestone soil produces a Sauvignon Blanc with delicate, fruity aromas and good persistence in the mouth.
