Winemaker's Note
The grapes were picked at 19 brix. Fermented in stainless steel and Austrian oak barrels to add structure, depth, and charm. You never would have guessed there was any wood in this wine. Flavors of green apple, grapefruit, lime blossom, and subtle notes of white pepper and wasabi. Goes well with spicy cuisine, seafood, and picnics with friends.

Curries, vindaloo, and pho; it is delicate enough for sushi or even as an aperitif.
