The 'Le Piazze' line evokes the monumental fortresses that distinguish the Tuscan landscape and that still today, like silent giants, watch over the horizon.

Winemaking Notes
Just after harvest, the grapes are destemmed and cooled in stainless steel vats at 8 to 10 degrees C for the first 12 hours. Fermentation follows, lasting about 10 days, during which the skins are pushed downwards to ensure optimal color extraction. After all the skins and stems have been removed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
