Tasting Notes: Classic sample of Brunello, showing potpourri notes and vibrant red cherries, together with orange peel and sweet violets. Cinnamon and a touch of yellow stone-fruit as well. Firm tannins with a chalky texture on the full-bodied the [sic] palate. Long, juicy acidity and a ripe, refined and very savory finish. [...].

Tasting Notes: The nose is sweet, savory and just slightly smoky, with aromas of hot tar, rose petals and cherries. Ripe yet tangy cherries and berries define the palate, while undertones of bergamot and damp earth add a chewy texture to a dense mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes: A dusting of cocoa mixes with spiced orange peels and wild strawberries as the 2020 Brunello di Montalcino evolves in the glass. It is surprisingly juicy and energetic, with cool-toned acidity and violet inner florals complementing its core of dark red and blue fruits. The long finale stains the palate in primary concentration, framed by mocha-infused tannins with a pleasant bitter tinge.

Tasting Notes: Mid ruby with orange tinges. Savoury, spicy and minerally more than fruity at this stage and with hints of Morocco leather. Juicy, supple palate of cherry and sweet raspberry with hints of vanilla pod. Hedonistic, long and dramatic.
