Terroir and Winemaking
Our Touraine Sauvignon originates from clay-limestone slopes adorned with flint incrustations (known as perruches), situated on the right bank of the river Cher. To craft this wine, we employ a meticulous process that entails cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation, culminating in six months of maturation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
This wine presents a captivating golden hue adorned with delicate green tints, showcasing impeccable clarity and an alluring intensity. Its nose is a symphony of complexity, boasting exquisite fruit notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit, alongside captivating mineral undertones. Upon aeration, the minerality takes center stage, reminiscent of gunflint, intertwining gracefully with hints of freshly squeezed lemon, entwined with the essence of white fruit, pear, and green apples. The minerality gracefully intertwines with powerful fruit flavors, most notably peach. Les Grandes Vignes' Sauvignon Blanc presence on the palate is exceptionally prolonged despite its crispness.

This Touraine Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. Its vibrant acidity and distinct flavors make it an excellent companion for fresh seafood, such as grilled shrimp or seared scallops.
