Vinification
Destemming and light crushing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Grown in 225-L French oak barriques for at least 24 months.

Tasting Notes
Elegant garnet color with hints of terracotta. An amazingly complex nose of wild berries, eucalyptus, and spice with an intense, smooth, and long-lasting mouthfeel.

Longevity
Its freshness, oak aging, and high extraction guarantee longevity of at least 15 years after the harvest year.

Tasting Notes: Black plums, currants and berries combine with spiced and toasted walnuts nose through palate, gaining mountain herbs through the finish. Abundant, while supple tannins lead into a lingering finish. Plenty to enjoy with a meal or on its own.

Tasting Notes: Ripe dark berries, ground cloves, cedar and hints of walnuts on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and mouth-filling with firm, textured tannins. Balanced and well-formed with a vivid finish. Drink or hold.
