Technical Details
Grape Variety: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Careful selection and harvesting of grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 3 to 5 years in oak. Bottle-aged 4 to 6 months

Tasting Notes: An intense Brunello with aromas of dark wild fruit, blackberries, blueberries, earth and dried flowers. Ripe cherry flavors, a full body and firm, angular tannins that are austere on the finish, with crisp acidity and a tight aftertaste. Try after 2026.
