Vinification
The harvest is exclusively hand-picked between the last week of September and the first week of October. Fermentation takes 15-20 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with frequent pumping over. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 24 months, followed by further maturation in bottle for at least 4 months.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red that assumes garnet glares with aging. Intense and typical bouquet with flavors of mature berries and hints of spices. In the mouth, it is complex, dry, warm, slightly tannic, very well-structured, and harmonic.

Excellent with red meats, game, and mature cheeses.

Tasting Notes: Spicy and vibrant, showing embers, smoky wood and plenty of licorice and red cherries, as well as ash. Medium-bodied, crisp and tight with chewy tannins and a slightly sticky, savory finish. Drink or hold.
