Vinification
Hand-harvested and sorted. Fermentation at controlled temperature (max 26-28 degrees C). Maceration in stainless steel tanks for around 20 days.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color, closer to pomegranate. After some years, it acquires a hint of amber. Delicate yet refined, medium- to full-bodied, with velvety tannins, cherries, and dried berry flavors. Elegant but lingering finish.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of sour cherries, dried wild strawberries, rosemary and orange peel with subtle iron notes. Medium-bodied, showing finely etched tannins and lively acidity. Bright and crunchy, with fleshy fruit and a savory, mineral finish. Try from 2028.

Tasting Notes: The nose opens with the sweet spiciness of dried cranberries, cinnamon and cloves, then adds aromas of flowers and top soil. On the palate, flavors of raspberry jam and orange peel are balanced by abundant earth and herbs, grounded by chalky tannins.
