Winemaking
Mechanical harvest. Maceration for 20 to 25 days in temperature-controlled vats. Traditional vinification supervised by Thomas Duclos (Oenoteam Laboratory).

Tasting Notes
A delicious, well-balanced wine. Its profile of ripe fruit is enriched by notes of Morello cherries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and supple.
