History
In the 1920s, Remy Lefevre, a successful entrepreneur, abandoned his real estate investments in Paris to take over an estate in Burgundy. Within a few years, the quality of the wines was a huge success in France. Today, the house boasts 20 references of great Burgundy wines.

Terroir
Around Prisse, the vines are planted on limestone and siliceous slopes. The average vine age is 30 years.

Grape Variety
100% Chardonnay

Vinification
After mechanical harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pneumatically pressed. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 30 days in stainless steel tanks, then our wines are aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until bottling in spring. Contains sulfites.

Tasting Notes
This cuvee has a pale yellow color and an explosive nose of hay and mango. Flattering on the palate, with plenty of roundness and a smooth, slightly lemony finish. Harmonious, fresh, round, and vinous structure.

Food and Wine Pairing: This Saint-Veran goes perfectly with fish, seafood, and cheese.
Tasting Temperature: Serve chilled between 10 and 12 degrees C.
