Tasting Notes: The 2012 Eloge offers a striking interplay of dark red stone fruit, spice and tannin. The 2012 has enough freshness to drink well for at least a number of years. In this vintage, the Merlot is a bit higher than normal, while the Cabernet is lower, which seems to give the wine an additional kick of juiciness.
