Blend: 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre
Appellation: Russian River Valley
Fermentation: Partial whole berry carbonic fermentation using native yeast; basket pressed after 18-20 days on the skins
Aging: Neutral French oak for the Grenache and Mourvedre; 20% new French oak for the Syrah

Tasting Notes
Our GSM blend was inspired by the wines of the southern Rhone Valley of France, terroir-driven wines with balance and finesse. The aromatics of this Grenache-dominated blend are reinforced with Syrah and Mourvedre for body and complexity. It is very versatile to pair with food; our favorites are duck or lamb. We expect this wine to be very nice on release and to age gracefully past 2031.
