Tasting Notes: The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles Highlands District) is a juicy, forward wine to drink now and over the next few years. This site, with its very wide diurnal shifts, yielded a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both bright and very ripe in profile. A touch of American oak works well here.
