Manual harvesting. Whole bunch pressing. Cold-settling for 24 to 48 hours. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
This Puligny-Montrachet displays a bright pale-gold color. The nose combines the appellation's signature white flowers and citrus with notes from oak aging. On the palate, it is both ample and precise, with a fine mineral backbone balancing the richness. The long, refined finish reveals hints of dried fruit and elegant tension. A wine of great character with excellent aging potential.

Food Pairing
