Production Area: Vineyards located in the municipality of Bevagna with southeast exposure at 250 m a.s.l.
Vineyard Age: 20 years
Soil: Clay alternated with marly arenaceous formations, fluvial lacustrine deposits, and loam
Training System: Spurred cordon with 5,400 plants/ha
Harvest: Manual in cases from mid-September for the Merlot and the beginning of October for Sagrantino and Sangiovese

Wine Details
Grape Variety: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 10% Sagrantino
Vinification and Aging: Maceration on the skins, then 8 months of bottle aging and steel

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red color, with violet highlights. The aroma, open and ethereal, recalls jam, with notes of blackberry and black currant. Ample and harmonious on the palate, the wine shows body combined with a pleasant, persistent fruit.

Tasting Notes: Plump and freshly split cherries sitting in their own juices, dusted with sweet spices and warmed, cut herbs and dried brush giving the nose a wild and inviting lift. Sangiovese leads the charge with confidence, the bright fruit of the nose shifting on the palate toward something more savory and primal with hints of blood and game. This wine is practically begging for a steaming bowl of pasta.

Tasting Notes: This full-bodied red has aromas of dark plums, chocolate, oranges, cedar and vanilla. It’s ripe and polished with sturdy tannins. Lingering sweet-wood character. Try from 2026.
