Tasting Notes
Bold and ethereal. This "straight" Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic expression of its high-elevation origin. The nose opens with wild mountain berries and the characteristic scorched earth profile of Howell Mountain. Savory layers of dried herbs - predominantly sage and bay leaf - intertwine with a deep core of dark fruit. The palate is defined by a powerful, muscular finish and firm tannins built for longevity.

Winemaking Philosophy
