Elaborated exclusively with Albario grapes. Lemon-green wine with golden hues, clear and bright. Intense with great aromatic complexity and suggestive fruit notes highlighting pear, apple, and peach. On the palate, it presents the freshness typical of Albarino with tight acidity, perfect balance, and an intense aroma of stone fruits, such as peaches, sweet pear, and fresh lemon. It is clean, fresh, and intense.

Pairings
Perfect to accompany all kinds of fish and seafood, pasta, fried chicken, and Japanese food.

Tasting Notes: A deep, golden-yellow hue sets the stage for a nose brimming with ripe fruit and [an] almost endearing vegetal note. On the palate, however, the wine shifts gears, leaning into a pronounced mineral character that takes precedence over the fruit. The structure is intense and driven, which makes me think that Riesling lovers will especially enjoy.
