Tasting Notes: The nose is perfumed but clean, with aromas of tulips, clay pot, rhubarb and citrus. The palate brings the denser sweetness of cherries and berries, but the terra-cotta element also comes through more powerfully thanks to clay-like tannins and a current of acidity.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of plum, forest floor and blue flower mingle with oak-driven spice and whiffs of tobacco on this fragrant Brunello. On the full-bodied, linear palate, tightly woven, close-grained tannins envelop ripe black cherry, orange zest and truffle before a black tea finish.
