1.         Shipping Rates

WTSO provides free ground shipping throughout the Contiguous United States as long as the minimum amount of bottles is purchased for each offer. If fewer than the minimum required for free shipping is purchased normal shipping rates will apply and you will see the additional cost for shipping before checking out. We also offer expedited shipping options. Those rates will be determined at checkout.

2.         Where We Ship

As shipping wine is complicated, we are constantly trying to update our shipping capabilities. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department.

            3.         Title & Ownership

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WTSO to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the import of the package from New Jersey to his/her home state. Since we own all of our inventory and therefore arrange for transportation of the wine, WTSO is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WTSO, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. By placing an order with WTSO, purchaser authorizes WTSO to act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver buyer’s order. WTSO automatically adds insurance to each order placed. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained all required permissions, paid all required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. WTSO makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of New Jersey.

4.         Hold Policy

WTSO will hold any order upon request up to 12 months from the time of purchase in our temperature controlled warehouse. This option can be accessed when checking out by selecting a future ship date. We do not allow future shipping requests on Saturdays or Sundays as we do not ship from our warehouse on these days in order to minimize transit time. If you ever need to change the original date chosen, please contact us immediately; notice is needed 48 hours in advance of the date you would like to ship. Orders held over one year from date-of-purchase will be subject to a holding fee ($5/month/package). Any orders that are held over 6 months and cancelled may be subject to a restocking fee

5.         Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed will typically ship from our climate-controlled facility within the next 1-3 business days. Ground Service shipping is only available Mondays through Fridays. 2-Day Air shipping is only available Mondays through Wednesdays.

6.         Tracking an Order

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from WTSO confirming your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email which will include a tracking number for your convenience.

7.         Containers

Products are packed in our “Shipper Approved” containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our products from temperature related damage (see “Hold Policy” above for additional delivery options).

8.         Signature Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WTSO. All packages REQUIRE a signature by someone 21 years of age or older upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for the best service. Customer comments on your order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Leave at front door" unfortunately cannot be honored. Failure to comply with this policy will result in your wine being returned to WTSO without refund of any shipping charges.


WTSO is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. If there are any problems with your shipment let us know immediately - we stand behind every bottle we sell. Please contact Customer Service with the name of the wine, your order number, and quantity of bad bottles and our expert team will be more than happy to resolve the issue. WTSO cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the wine is not received the first time the shipper attempts delivery. If there is no one home to sign for the package the wine may be held in the shipper's facility that is not temperature controlled.
