100% Sangiovese from three vineyards in Montalcino

Production Techniques
Fermentation in 100-hl stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees C. Aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 300-l used French barriques. Aging in the bottle for at least 12 months.
